  The staff here are pleasant and seem to be both efficient and were extremely helpful for the most part. I take issue with the price of the unit- I was paying in excess of $350/mo for a smaller sized unit and while I agreed to this contract I would recommend shopping around. The complex even offered to let me use their truck to move-in. This saved me quite a considerable amount of effort so my thanks. I had not received my refund even after two weeks of terminating my contract with the consultant citing that head office had not processed it and he would 'get onto it'. Overall a pleasant experience but too pricey.
